Nominee Services are provided very carefully to protect both you as our client and our Nominees. The answer is yes as we make sure that we identify you and also prepare nominee agreement signed by both parties.
What are virtual offices and how do virtual offices work?
Registered Address: This allows you to have your official address from your company. The only post that you are allowed to receive are government letters from the Inland Revenue and Companies House.
Mail Forwarding: This allows you to receive correspondence for your company at the registered address. There is a mail forwarding handling cost plus the cost of postage to send them back to you.
Representative Office (Telephone and Fax) - You will get a dedicate telephone line and a general fax number. So you can have the telephone and fax number on all your official correspondence. When someone calls your company we will answer the phone under your company name and take a message such as caller's name, Company from which the person is calling and their contact number. Then will forward this message to you by email.
